We have built and designed wetland mitigation and habitat preservation projects, providing wetlands compensation opportunities to development projects throughout the Greater Portland Region. We can build a new project for you or if you’re looking for compensation for a project you’re building, we have an existing project for impacts on your project. Our current project has been designed in cooperation with and under the guidelines of, the Town of Scarborough, Maine Department of Environmental Protection, the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It will result in the permanent protection of over 300 acres of wildlife habitat, including over 100 acres of wetlands and a 1.5-mile stretch of the Nonesuch River and floodplain.
